Because, iirc, there's lots of 3DS games available in that language As these collections are quite large I had to upload them in batches or the web form would have problems, so the large majority of files are not actually part of this automatically generated torrent file. If you want to download other files, you'll have to resort to direct downloads, perhaps using something like jdownloader. As far as I can tell there is no way for anyone other than Archive.

If you're interested in 3DS emulation as an experiment, you may gain something out of trying Citra, but if you're simply looking to play games then stick to your 3DS handheld. In the far future, mobile platforms may be targeted as well. At this point, Citra is simply not fast enough to run most commercial games at full speed, even if your computer can run the most demanding of PC games just fine.
